Maroun Family's newly purchased apartment is set in one of the new northern extensions of the city of Tripoli.

The brief was simple enough "minimalist with a materialistic approach". Open spaces dominate the living quarter of the house with direct access to the garden terrace. Straight lines with direct and indirect LED lights indicate the location of each function.

Furniture was custom designed for the house using fabric, leather and oak wood. The polished concrete floor is reminiscent of the old rural Lebanese houses from the '60s and the green marble chimney subtly compliments the aqueous colour of the fabric.
